Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened or cancelled, depending on the service and availability. If I am unable to accommodate the appointment due to a late arrival, the applicable cancellation/no-show fee will apply.
Please remember that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I travel 45 minutes to the salon and ask that you respect my time as I respect yours. If you’re running late or unable to make your appointment, please communicate with me as soon as possible.
